Henry P. Lipian - ACTAR #83

As the founder and President of Introtech, Inc. Henry Lipian brings 30 years of law enforcement and investigative experience. He retired as a Lieutenant with over 31 years of service as both enlisted and a commissioned officer in the United States Coast Guard (both active and reserve). His past experience includes nearly 8 years of service as a trooper on the Ohio State Highway Patrol and two years as a sergeant on the Hunting Valley Ohio Police Department.

His formal training in crash investigation and or reconstruction includes but is not limited to:

During his years in the U.S. Coast Guard, Mr. Lipian received special training in the field of watercraft crash investigation.  In the course of his service, he has responded to hundreds of watercraft cases both as an on-scene commander and as a rescue coordinator (Great Lakes Region Controller). He has served as Engineering Officer on both active and reserve duty, including the Persian Gulf during Operation Desert Shield/Storm. He has graduated from the Underwriter Laboratory School in Advanced Boating Accident Investigation and the National Boating Safety School.  His formal education includes a Bachelor of Specialized Studies from Ohio University in Athens and an Associate Degree in Arts from Thomas Edison College. In addition, Mr. Lipian teaches accident Investigation at various schools and seminars throughout Ohio and Florida.

Mr. Lipian is a member in good standing with the American Society of Military Engineers (A.S.M.E.), National Association of Professional Accident Reconstruction Specialists, The Society of Automotive Engineers, and The Association for the Advancement of Automotive Medicine.
